In compliance with Legislative Decree no. 24 of 10 March 2023, Curti srl. has equipped itself with a procedure for managing reports and a digital Whistleblowing platform.<\/p>

Reports made via the Whistleblowing platform will be delivered and managed by a channel manager external to the organization, who will ascertain the validity of the facts and encourage their timely resolution.<\/p>

All reports are treated with discretion and confidentiality in compliance with the relevant legislation.<\/p>
