Basmati rice|with avocado|and salmon

Ingredients

500 g Basmati rice
200 g smoked salmon
2 avocados
2 lemons
extra virgin oil
salt and pepper

Boil the rice as reccomended on the package, drain well and place into a large bowl, season it with oil and let it cool down. Meanwhile, peel and pit the avocados, dice them and sprinkle with lemon juice
To keep them from truning black.
Once the rice is cold, season it with the salmon cut into strips, avocado, salt, pepper, oil and lemon juice.
