In compliance with Legislative Decree no. 24 of 10 March 2023, Curti srl. has equipped itself with a procedure for managing reports and a digital Whistleblowing platform.

Reports made via the Whistleblowing platform will be delivered and managed by a channel manager external to the organization, who will ascertain the validity of the facts and encourage their timely resolution.

All reports are treated with discretion and confidentiality in compliance with the relevant legislation.
