Ingredients

150 g boiled vialone nano rice
2 tablespoons of cold rice cooking water
1 teaspoon turmeric powder
1 teaspoon paprika powder
1 teaspoon dill powder
2 egg whites
extra virgin olive oil
salt and pepper

Use cold or room-temperature rice to prevent the egg whites from falling apart. Blend the boiled rice with a few tablespoons of the cooking water and place it in a bowl. Whip the egg whites until stiff and add them into the rice with a pinch of salt. Put the mixture by spoonfuls on a baking plate with a layer of baking paper. Dust the waffles to taste with spices so that they turn out in different colors. Bake for 40 minutes in the preheated oven at 140 °C. Serve as an aperitif.
