Ingredients

100 g of leftover rice
100 g of flour
2 apples
2 oranges
2 kiwis
1 piece of fresh ginger
1 egg
4 tablespoons of brown sugar
a pinch of salt
1 teaspoon baking powder
cold-pressed sunflower oil

Make yourself a juice of seasonal mixed fruit. Grate the orange zest and keep it aside, then peel the oranges and kiwis while the apples can be centrifugated by simply cutting them into pieces. Then collect the waste pulp from the centrifuge and place it in a bowl with the leftover rice and other ingredients. In a frying pan heat up a few tablespoons of sunflower oil, pour the mixture in well-spaced spoonfuls. When the pancakes have thickened, flip them over to cook on the other side as well. As soon as they are golden brown on both sides, remove them from the heat and keep them warm
