Ribe Parboiled Rice has a short cooking time and does not overcook, it’s ideal for risottos, salads and side dishes

It’s a medium/coarse grain with a compact structure. Through hydrothermal treatment with high-temperature steam under pressure and subsequent quick drying, the grain becomes translucent and amber-colored, keeping vitamins, fiber and minerals while acquiring the same nutritional content as brown rice. Parboiled rice also has short cooking times and does not overcook, perfect characteristics for quick dishes and for keeping them in the fridge. Ideal for risottos, salads and side dishes.
